TMC Accounting and Administrative Solutions LLC d/b/a The TMC Advantage is a financial services/project management firm which partners with CEOs, executives, and non-profits to streamline and support their fiscal, programming and day-to-day operating processes. Originally started to support grant-funded nonprofits, specifically federally funded nonprofits, who need support with understanding and remaining in compliance of funders' regulations or maximizing their limited resources, we have since blossomed into supporting both non and for-profit businesses in all aspects of their fiscal, administrative, IT, project management and compliance needs.
We also offer financial education technical assistance and training to individuals on the home-buying process, credit and budget counseling and personal income tax preparation.

Around New York City at other well-known non-profits over the past two decades, our Principal's responsibilities have included the oversight and administration of the full life cycle of grants management (both pre and post award activities); internal audits; fiscal oversight of subcontractors; external reporting; serving as the organizations’ subject matter expert on compliance and grant regulations; providing direction and guidance to program staff on program build and overseeing execution; suggesting amendments to and introducing aspects of programming which allowed agencies to align their current activity with the scope of work as described in the initial response for proposals; thereby reducing the opportunity for compliance and audit findings; delivering quantifiable maximization of grant funds while providing the furthest reach to clients and while remaining in compliance with funders' regulations.
